如何解決在瀏覽器下載檔案‧出現『Failed – Virus scan failed』錯誤

01. 同事提及在Windows Update後，在任何瀏覽器(Microsoft Edge、Google Chrome)下載檔案，也會出現『Failed – Virus scan failed』錯誤。

02. 網上有提及只要在『regedit.exe』，更改『Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments』位置。再重新啟動電腦。

將ScanWithAntiVirus數值，由3改為1。

03. 雖則這是折衷辦法，但總好過要重裝Windows。
