如何解決VPN連線『The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer…』錯誤
01. 同事今天題及在家中連上VPN時，出現『The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer』錯誤。
02. 反覆以下測試。
- 試用另一帳戶登入：失敗；
- 刪除及重新建立VPN連線：失敗；
- 重啟電腦再試：失敗；
- 在另一台電腦測試問題帳戶登入：成功；
- 改用手提電話熱點(hotspot)測試：成功；
03. 分析後，VPN連線應與手提電腦設定無關，同事也題及兩星期前是沒有問題的。退而求其次，問同事可試一下關掉WIFI路由器(WIFI router)再隔30秒後重啟，或直接連上ISP光纖數據機(fabric modem)網線作測試。
04. 同事報告，重啟WIFI路由器後，手提電腦就可以連上VPN了。原來，『抆插蘇』依招係有用既呢！
